The Credit Union Difference
When you belong to a credit union, you are more than simply a customer - you are a member and one of many owners of a not-for-profit financial cooperative. All net earnings are used to strengthen your Credit Union's equity or are returned to members. That means you enjoy higher dividends paid on savings, lower rates charged on loans and fewer fees on all other services.

History of USA Credit Union
USA Credit Union began in Detroit, Michigan as a credit union to serve the employees of Burroughs Corporation. Through the years, we continued to grow, our service offerings expanded and we began to serve members throughout the country. In 1986, Sperry Corporation and Burroughs Corporation merged and took the new name of Unisys Corporation and we changed our name to Unisys Federal Credit Union. With the addition of other employee groups and associations to our field of membership, we changed our name to USA Federal Credit Union in 1990 and January 2005, we converted to a State Chartered Credit Union and changed our name to USA Credit Union. Today, USA Credit Union serves more than 66,000 members, located in all 50 states.
